One of our very popular dish only found in Albemarle is Pho. Pho is a broth noddle dish that is the signature of Vietnamese cuisine.
Many Vietnamese people eat pho for breakfast rather than as an evening meal. However, Pho can be eaten at anytime and is a favor on cold and rain days. Pho can be made in more than 20 variations, but always has either a flavorful beef broth or a chicken broth base. At Ly Cuisine Pho is served only on Friday and Saturday.
